Dunklin Fire responds to Residential 1st Alarm

On 11-01-2007 at 10:16 p.m. firefighters were dispatched to a single family dwelling in the 700 Block of Oak Avenue in Pevely for a reported Residential First Alarm Assignment.

Preliminary findings discovered an electrical receptacle malfunctioned causing the residence to be charged with smoke. One apparatus handled the assignment and was on the scene for approximately 30 minutes. All other Dunklin apparatus’ were quickly disregarded and returned to service. No injuries were reported.
